The Henderson Employee Benefits Team

The integrated team now numbers 26 in total, providing expertise in all five main areas.

We have Directors and Associate Directors, including Steve McDermott, Sharon Vodden, Brian Denney, Mike Picken and David Farebrother, responsible for ongoing development and rolling out services to clients for all of specialist areas.

In addition, we have specialist consultants who assist the Directors and deliver advice in their own right to clients within their chosen area of expertise.

To ensure the smooth running of our client services, we have a team of associate consultants who maintain and develop the day-to-day relationships.

For every corporate client, we appoint a Relationship Manager, who takes responsibility for the overall relationship between HEB and the client, regardless of size or the services being delivered.
